- A release of information must be signed by the tribal member upon admission to the treatment program authorizing progress reports, invoices, and statements from the facility to Child & Family Services for review and/or approval
- Following exhaustion of insurance benefits, Rehabilitation Program Funding is available to adult and minor tribal members who agree by signature to remain alcohol and drug free for a minimum of two (2) years following completion of their treatment program
- Applications for funding under the Program for minor tribal members must be executed by their parent or guardian
- All tribal members receiving funding through the Rehabilitation Program must submit to drug screenings for verification during the 2 year period following completion of the treatment program
- If the tribal member fails to complete any phase of their program, returns to using alcohol/drugs or fails to submit to drug screening when requested the member will be required to repay the Pechanga Band for the full amount of the funding expended on their behalf under the Rehabilitation Program
