Pechanga Pu’éska Mountain DayEvery November, Pechanga Cultural Resources staff and volunteers participate in the annual Pechanga Pu’éska Mountain Day celebration. This event, which is hosted by the City of Temecula, is held in honor of the Pechanga Band’s contributions during the Liberty Quarry battle and our community’s joint commitment to the preservation and protection of Wexéwxi Pu’éska (Pu’éska Mountain). The Pechanga people bring the richness of our history and culture to the greater community with our Mobile Museum, cultural displays, and hands-on activities.
