Registration Process to submit a bid or proposal
The Pechanga Band of Indians is transitioning to Beacon Bid for all bid/proposal submissions.
For all solicitations posted on or after June 19th 2026, suppliers will be required to register and submit bids/proposals through the Tribe’s Beacon Bid portal.
Bid submission is free for suppliers. In order to submit bids/proposals, suppliers must be listed on the "Interest List" by filling out the free form where the solicitation is posted on Beacon.

It is the Supplier’s sole responsible to maintain and update their profile information at all times.
Our new e-Procurement Portal will allow interested parties to do the following:
- Register to bid and receive relevant notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement Portal by selecting Subscribe.
- Follow updates to any solicitations- so interested suppliers will receive amendments and addenda automatically.
- Submit questions and receive answers on open solicitations.
- Guide suppliers through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc. to ensure submissions have been completed accurately.

Standard instructions for submitting a bid or proposal
Review the solicitation documents to understand and follow the directions for submitting a bid or proposal. Your proposal must be received before the published end date and time when the solicitation closes. Bids and proposals submitted any other method will not be accepted.
